MARCUS MACHADO PEREIRA

 

Businessman of communication, producer, musician (ECAD 1.154.314-ASSIM 0050229-OMB 3.851), guitarist and manager in ??communication and culture for more than 35 years, with published work in Brazil and abroad. He released his first music CD in 1998, with the original title of “Cabeça Rock e Pincel“, produced forthe same name’s concert. In the ??musical area from 2010 he releases “Escape” (2010), “Terra Azul” (2011), “Vento Sul” (2011), “D7” (2012), “D8” (2015), “D5” and “D10 Instrumental Jazz” (2016), “D9” (2017) and currently produces the “D6” and “D14”cds, which are expected to be released in the coming months.

 

In the 80's he produced and participated various festivals as musician, juror, producer and manager (Flores e Frutos, FAMA, Alegre Music Festival, etc). He also founded CEPRAU, an audio and video processing company, becoming the first record producer in Espírito Santo. His portfolio includes works such as documentaries, commercials, jingles and spots, produced for advertising campaigns in partnership with agencies in Brazil and abroad, becoming one of the nominees in this period for the Professional Award of the Year, from Rede Globo.

 

The first Brazilian advertising professional to produce an interactive digital catalog (cd-data), with more than 200 types of exclusively Brazilian marbles and granites. From 1997 he edited Flux Geo magazine, a vehicle specialized in natural stones published in 4 languages ??(Portuguese, English, Spanish and Arabic) and in four annual editions. In all, more than 100 thousand cd/data copies and more than 500 thousand printed magazines were distributed, both free of charge, during cultural and brand activation activities at international fairs, mainly in Germany (Stone+Tec), Italy (Marmmomacc), United States (Coverings), Mexico (ExpoMarmol) and Brazil (Revestir-SP, Construir-RJ, Cachoeiro Stone Fair-ES, Vitória Stone Fair-ES among others).

 

In 2003, after coordinated action with APEX and the Brazilian Embassy in Washington, Marcus Pereira, brought to Brazil the first International Trade Mission Brazil-USA Marbles and Granites Sector, creating a global repercussion project that became the first and most complete already carried out for the sector of natural stones. This assured his advertising company the account of more than 200 companies in the natural stone sector in Brazil and abroad, mostly active up to the present day. These companies seek the experience that the proponent has in the international market.

 

From 2014 his company, Marcus Pereira, adds to its activities the services of cultural management and project design.
